Click & Collect Information
Lounges Plus products are available to click and collect.
Upon selecting Click & Collect. You can pick up your order at your nearest store at below times:
- Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm
- Saturday 9am till 11:30am
Advise store 24 hours before pick up.
- No pick up’s on Sunday.
- All of our stores offer click + collect depending on stock availability. We will notify you via a call when your items are ready to be collected
Please wait until you receive order ready for collection notification from Lounges Plus before proceeding to your nearest store.
Goods are to be collected within 14 days of being notified that it is ready for collection. Goods not collected within this timeframe may be sent to a central warehouse, and will incur a fee of $30 per item per week.
Another person can also collect your order on your behalf but must present the below documents at time of collection:
- Provide photographic identification
- Provide a copy of the order confirmation (original Tax Invoice)
Click & Collect Advice
Customers will be advised by a Lounges Plus representative via a call, when items are ready for collection. Only at this time, can a pickup/collection date be arranged. In unforeseeable circumstances, goods may incur a delay due to various factors such as freight delays.
Payment must be made in full before goods can be taken.
When collecting goods, an original Tax Invoice must be presented. OH&S prohibit our staff from lifting furniture outside of our premises. Please make sure you have sufficient help to carry furniture from our premises to your vehicle. The customer may need ropes and blankets to secure product.
