Purchasing goods from the Lounges Plus Pty Ltd (ABN 74 003 276 579) website, you are accepting the terms and conditions, represent and acknowledge that you are over 18 years old.

If you are purchasing goods through the Lounges Plus website, you agree that these Terms apply to each order you place. If you do not have the authority or do not agree to these Terms, you are not permitted to use the Websites or services.

If we make any changes to our Terms and Conditions, you will be notified of theses promptly. Your continued use of the services of our website will amount to acceptance of any updated Terms. 

All users are responsible and legally liable for their activity, behaviour, use of and conduct on the Lounges Plus Pty Ltd website. 

Full Payment for products will be required at the time of purchase. We do not accept payment on delivery. On some occasions, specific goods may be out of stock or delayed for an extended period of time in transit. Our estimated times are an approximation only and can be subject to change. If in the event that Lounges Plus will be unable to fulfil your order, you will be issued with a full payment refund. You will be advised at the time of purchase of our delivery options. Specific delivery times are generally not provided. A delivery fee will be issued at the time of purchase and will depend on where your order is being delivered, the size of the package and the weight. We only deliver within Australia. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address, contact number(s) and email address are provided to Lounges Plus. If delivery cannot be made at the arranged time i.e you are not home or unable to accept delivery on that day, additional delivery fees will apply for a second delivery. Courier’s do not unpack or assemble items. Our couriers are to ensure their safety at all times and will not compromise safety when delivering. Customers are to ensure that the path to the delivery point is clear and free of any obstacles. Please ensure that items can be placed in your desired location safely.

Key considerations:
<> The item(s) can fit through doorways and that there is ample room to manoeuvre items to the desired location.
<> There is a safe place for the courier’s truck to park and unload. 

In the circumstance that the customer identifies any likely risks or hazards you must provide details and inform us in the delivery specifications at the time of purchase.

Someone aged over 18 must be present and able to accept the delivery at the delivery address supplied by the customer.

Unless specified, all products are price listed in Australian Dollars which include all applicable taxes. Once your order has been confirmed, the prices for your items are fixed. With the order confIrmation, you agree to pay delivery charges as they are calculated and listed in the order confirmation at the time of purchase. Our “From to now pricing” refers to a previous selling price, a recommended retail price (RRP)

Many of our products at Lounges Plus come with guarantees beyond our obligation under the Australian Consumer Law. You can find these guarantees enclosed within the packaging of your item.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer law : 
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure. Lounges Plus will repair or replace any product with a manufacturing or materials fault for the duration of the guarantee period. The guarantee only applies to products that are used for normal domestic purposes and excludes products used for commercial purposes. The guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.

Guarantees do not apply to : 
<> Damage caused by incorrect assembly, storage, transportation beyond original delivery, product use or cleaning of the product. 
<> Normal wear and tear or damage, including stains, caused by impacts and accidents. 
<> Rips, wearing, pulling, creasing, or fading of upholstery. 
<> Fading or discolouration caused by excessive exposure to sunlight.

It is required that all products delivered are inspected by the customer as soon as they receive  their goods/items. If there is any visible damage to the items, this needs to be identified to our couriers at the time of delivery. Items received in packaging must be inspected upon delivery and if any damage has occurred, this needs to be reported to Lounges Plus within 24 hours of delivery.

Any missing or damaged parts must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. If you believe your product is defective, you can make a claim by contacting our head office admin@loungesplus.com.au.

You will need to provide proof of purchase i.e order confirmation or invoice number.Provide a description of the damage/repair request.Provide and email photos of the defect.Provide any other evidence of damage.

If Lounges Plus decide that products or goods are not deemed to be faulty, you may incur any freight or repair fees.

Lounges Plus may need to examine the product to determine if the problem is covered by the guarantee. If it is covered, Lounges Plus will either repair or replace it with the same or a comparable product. Goods returned for repair will be assessed and/or repaired within a reasonable time. You may be provided with an approximate repair time, which may vary due to reasons beyond ours, or the repairers control i.e parts availability.

Where products are delivered to the customer, it is required that all items are inspected by the customer at the time of delivery. If there is any visible damage to the items and its packaging, this needs to be identified to our couriers at the time of delivery. Where items have damage that was not immediately apparent at the time of delivery, Lounges Plus is to be notified within 24 Hours of initial delivery

Lounges Plus Terms and Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia and you irrevocably submit to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New South Wales, Australia. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of this agreement, which will continue in full force and effect.

If you access the website in a jurisdiction other than New South Wales, Australia, you are responsible for compliance with the laws of that jurisdiction, to the extent that they apply. Lounges Plus makes no representations that the content of the website complies with the laws of any country outside Australia.

If at any point that these terms are found to be void, invalid, unlawful or unenforceable then that provision or part will be deemed to be severed from these terms and the remaining terms and provisions of these terms will remain in force and constitute the agreement between you and Lounges Plus.

In the event that Lounges Plus does not exercise or enforce any right or provision under these terms, this will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision under these terms will only be effective if it is in writing and signed by Lounges Plus.
