Order was delayed 3 times so went into Bathurst store and bought a recliner floor stock. Originally ordered online to go to Dubbo store, got tired of months waiting and delayed 3 times. So went to Bathurst store which was a breath of fresh air, wonderful staff. Changed my order and bought 1 recliner in store Santiago. Waiting on the 3 seater. Opted to have it picked up from Bathurst as my daughter bought cnr lounge from Bathurst n it was sent to Dubbo for collection and wundergaurded. Dubbo told her it will be done last as Dubbo only does there store purchases first. Sat in Dubbo store for week before sprayed protected, very disappointed with there level of service. Well Dubbo have lost 2 buyers forever. Thankyou Bathurst store 👌🙌🙌🙌🙌

The Arc Lounge surprised me with unbelievable value. The prices felt almost unreal, especially for a full three-seater sofa and two recliners at such a low cost. Despite being so inexpensive, the quality did not feel cheap at all. The seating was comfortable, supportive, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The recliners worked smoothly and added a touch of luxury without the usual high price tag. The overall design was modern and fit well into the space. For anyone furnishing on a budget, The Arc Lounge offers comfort, style, and affordability that’s truly hard to beat THESE DAYS.
